To meet the extremely exacting demands of quarrying and construction environments, Safetykleen offers the UK’s widest and most reliable range of parts washing machine solutions which remain ready for use at all times.

The solution starts with the machine itself, and all Safetykleen units are of robust steel construction to withstand both heavy components and tough working environments. Customers may choose from small benchside manual units right up to large and fully automated machines, including those designed for specific applications such as spraygun cleaning. Both aqueous and solvent-based systems are available, with a choice of cleaning fluids to perfectly match the work required.

The solution continues with Safetykleen’s renowned machine support service. Delivered locally to each customer from one of 19 branches nationwide, these regular visits remove waste fluid, replenish the supply and fully service the machine. Importantly, this ensures that the machine remains ready for use and at optimum performance level. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or fault in between times, a technician can be with the customer very quickly, and if the unit becomes badly soiled or old it will be replaced free of charge.

The final part of the solution is within Safetykleen’s simple and flexible terms. Machines are supplied on a rental basis at a fixed monthly price which includes regular waste removal, fluid replenishment and maintenance, and all required legal paperwork. There is therefore no capital to lay out, no spare parts or maintenance to budget for, no cleanout downtime and no depreciation. But more importantly, Safetykleen customers can change their chosen machine or their service plan at any time to meet changing business needs, eliminating the risk of buying a machine that proves unsuitable later.

All Safetykleen services, including specialist waste collections and de-rusting, are centred on recycling or re-use as the first choice waste disposal option. Soon to be launched are two new additions to the range, comprising an enclosed jetwashing unit which cleans parts almost ten times faster than any current system and a biological degreaser. As with all Safetykleen machine services they will feature ease of use, robust construction and further waste
